After being a weekend exercise warrior due to work constraints and not seeing any results with my goal of losing weight or feeling more energized, I decided to hire a personal trainer to jumpstart my quest of improving my overall health. After interviewing a few trainers, I decided to work with John since he talked about many different ways he would help me obtain my goals.
I made the right choice. He tailored the workouts to my fitness level and my knee problems. We worked on balance and mobility in addition to strength training. Each session was different and enjoyable since he mixed up the workouts and included equipment that I had never used before like Power Plate and TRX. He encouraged me throughout all the workouts. John had me keep a nutrition diary and we went over how I could actually eat more, have better energy and lose weight. He took video of me doing exercises, so that I would do them correctly when I wasn’t working with him. He is an A+ trainer that is professional, knows the latest trends in fitness training, very accommodating with busy schedules and incredibly supportive. I am very pleased with my results. Currently, I am as strong as I was decades ago. My blood pressure has dropped, my heart rate is low and my energy is back.
