  • Give yourself a break – Taking a week off from the exercise routine might be what your body needs to adjust to its newer, slimmer size. Did you know that the most successful growth of muscle comes on your week off anyway?  Recovery and regeneration is necessary for your body to get stronger.  This doesn’t mean jumping off the wagon though! Make sure you keep your food intake healthy and wise to optimize your desired results.
  • Use mind over matter – Weight loss plateaus can be very taxing on motivation levels. Remind yourself that they happen to just about everyone. Keep your focus and you will get through this bump in the road.
